...for my extended absences from this site. I'm in the middle of a notably crunchy semester's end, and I have to devote the lion's share of my free time, away from papers and book reviews, toward trivialities like going to the bathroom and buying coffee creamer. I promise I'll be back after 12/11 on a semi-regular basis, if not sooner-ish.

Yeah you should think long and hard about how bad-ass "Alright" by Jamiroquai is. I stumbled on that forgotten gem while I was ebaying bad Record Club CDs(I figure I should sell some before people forget what CD's were). That jam is so nice. Not like I thought it sucked, when we were jamming to it above Cafe Pizzera. Nothing like watching the Chasing Christmas lights on the ceiling while trying to lay on that loveseat/stolen dorm couch thing.
